Refund Process

- Include your order number and any relevant details in the email.
- Our team will review your request and contact you within 48 hours to inform you of the decision.
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid via Razorpay, the refund will be credited back to your original payment source.
Refund Processing Time
The time it takes for a refund to be processed and credited back to your account can vary. Typically, refunds processed through Razorpay take between 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account. However, this may vary depending on your bank's processing times.
Exceptions
Please note that refunds may not be granted in the following circumstances:
- If the delay in service is due to factors outside our control, such as national holidays, government delays, or technical issues beyond our control.
- If the request for a refund is made after the specified timeframes mentioned above.
- If the services have already been partially or fully delivered and utilized by you.
